Isolated heavy rainfall is possible in south eastern, central and northern Queensland in heavy showers or severe thunderstorms today.

• Bridges and low lying roads are being impacted by floodwater.

• Safe evacuation routes are likely to be cut off.

• You may become isolated until flood waters recede.
