Work has commenced on construction of pathways and shade shelters at the Rec Park. Council seeks the cooperation of users of the facility during this construction period.
The following water restrictions apply to all residents across the Barcaldine Regional Council area that are connected to the town's water supply:
Commercial premises/business houses, schools, community clubs or churches can make an application to Council for alteration of the watering hours.
